Seth Hague, Managing Principal
The Mag-Amb portfolio and development pipeline is focused on three core verticals: hospitality, housing, and large-scale land development. Since founding Mag-Amb Development in 2022, Seth has been involved in over $3 billion of real estate development and capital formation activities across the West Coast and Mountain West regions. The firm's projects span public-private partnerships, master-planned communities, hotels, multifamily housing, and specialized developments involving agencies and stakeholders such as HUD, the State of California, the State of Hawaii, and the U.S. Department of Defense.
Mag-Amb leverages modular and industrialized construction strategies where appropriate to enhance project economics and execution. By shortening construction schedules, improving cost predictability, and reducing labor-related risks, these methodologies provide a competitive advantage in markets where traditional construction approaches can constrain feasibility and returns.
Prior to starting Mag-Amb Development, Seth spent the greater part of the last decade in the third-party hotel management space with groups such as Evolution Hospitality, Aimbridge Hospitality, and TPG Hotels and Resorts where he influenced and led the marketing, ecommerce, and market positioning of full service and independent hotels for properties such as L’Auberge de Sedona, Tetra Hotel, Hotel Erwin, The Nantucket Resort Collection, and InterContinental Hotel Kansas City.
Seth grew up on the Oregon Coast in Seaside, OR - home of the movie ‘Goonies’ - and enjoys watching/playing every sport under the sun. He is also a drummer, hiker, self-proclaimed foodie, craft beer connoisseur, and avid Oregon Duck fan. Seth is a member of the Urban Land Institute, Extended Stay Lodging Association, Association for Corporate Growth – Seattle Chapter, and the International Luxury Hotel Association – LA
Chapter. He studied at the University of London and received his B.S. from the University of Oregon. He resides in Camas, WA with his wife, Megan, son, Austin, and golden retriever, Cali.
